When asked what he could tease about season 3, Sheridan said, "We are still working out the details for season 3, but we do know it will be 12 episodes which I’m hoping will air in one group. I will say that with so many of our characters involved in the alien story, you can expect to see a little more alien content this coming season.

We will never go away from the town stories but the otherworldly threat has been ratcheted up for all our characters.Jetsons: The Movie is a 1990 animated film directed/produced by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, and featuring the voices of Mel Blanc, George O'Hanlon, Patric Zimmerman, and 80s pop singer Tiffany. Spacely Sprockets and Spindles has inaugurated a mining outfit on an asteroid, calculated to be cheaper than production on Earth. Cosmo Spacely (Blanc) is having a hard time with the new setup: the factory has been repeatedly sabotaged and several managers have walked out. When the management position is vacated once more, Mr. Spacely promotes George Jetson (O'Hanlon) to manager. Jetson and his family relocate to a community near the asteroid, and commence their new lives. George has every intention of increasing production, and manufacturing the millionth Spacely Sprocket. Meanwhile, Judy Jetson (Tiffany) tries to fit in with her new friends, and misses an ex-boyfriend back on Earth. She perks up after a new boy, Apollo Blue, shows her some attention. Elroy Jetson (Zimmerman) makes friends with a robot, Teddy-2. Teddy-2's father, Rudy-2, is the factory engineer, and gives George the grand tour. During an opening day party at the factory, saboteurs attack yet again.
